The association was created to assist companies in the selection process via two major annual events : a European career fair for all PhDs from all displines across Europe: PhD Talent Career Fair; and an open innovation contest : The PhD Challenge.

PhD Talent Career Fair will take place on 23-24 June 2011 at the Centquatre. More than 3000 visitors from all around Europe should be expected at the international career fair as such.

Main features:
- On-site interviews with International candidates with high potentials and unique profile through our exclusive European network of PhD associations and campus managers (e.g. the University of Oxford, TU München, Barcelona, Italy, the Netherlands, etc). You will be able to browse each profiles prior to the event, and organize interviews with selected candidates at the career fair.
- Advantages: individual room and space will be provided upon request for companies hosting information sessions, roundtable discussions, and private interviews with pre-selected candidates in the privileged conditions.
